Aquintas. Born a small, slippery jelly-like fish in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. He was the son of a an underwater wizard. He was trapped in the underworld wanting nothing more to be a person. He knew he was much different than his siblings. At a young age, he realized, that among other things, he could breath without water. He also begin to notice that his fins were able to convert into human like appendages. As Aquintas aged, he realized he too, had powers like his wizard father - but far more powerful if correctly harnessed. He did not want to be evil like his father. He wanted to help and do good. One day, he found a large air bubble. He road it to the surface. He saw a fishing boat. He swam fast and fierce and attached himself to the side of the boat that eventually took him to the shores of Esmerelda Island. Aquintas had heard only stories of this place before. It was the breeding ground for evil empires. Creatures of all kinds were born, trained and placed across the world to create pain and havoc. Aquintas knew what he had to do. He focused long and hard and his human parts took greater more complex shape. No longer, could the untrained eye determine his fish like qualities. He knew what he was on Esmerelda Island to do.
